Orders placed before 4pm EST (typically) ship same day (weekends are excluded). Orders placed after 4pm EST usually ship the following business day. Exceptions include: holidays, major sales, extreme or unsafe weather, or there is a problem processing your order. If there is a problem processing your order, a member from our team will reach out to you via email or telephone if provided.
Standard - (USPS First Class) is offered at $6.95 on all outbound orders. Orders shipping via First Class typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping Dates are provided by the mail carrier but they are not guaranteed.
After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. This email will include a mail issued tracking number. If you do not see it, please check spam or junk folder. If you have questions regarding your tracking, or your tracking has not updated within 2 weeks from the last scanned date, please contact us.
TrendyTees.com is not responsible for packages stolen or removed from a customer’s property after the package is “Delivered” by the mail carrier. If a customer prefers the order ships signature required, please contact us immediately after the order is placed.
If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local Post Office or Carrier and provide them w/ the tracking number. Request a Case Number for your call. If the Carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the Tracking Number claims the package was “Delivered” with your Case Number.
TRENDYTEES.COM will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date and will not take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exclusions will be made.
This policy is listed on our website at all times. It is up to the customer to review our policy before submitting an order and by choosing to shop with TrendyTees.com, customers agree to all our terms and policies.

Final Sale items are yours to keep. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition/packaging.
All returned items must meet the Return Deadlines listed below.
Items received by our Return Department that do not meet the criteria listed on the Return Slip will not be processed. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees to have an item returned to our facility.
Refunds: Must be received within 14 days of the original order date. Refunds will be applied to an exchange for same or similar product and sizing or as a store credit.
If a refund is processed, it will be made only by original form of payment. Once processed, refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your bank account. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges: Must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. After an item has been exchanged once, it may be returned a second time for a store credit only.
TrendyTees.com Store Credit: Must be received within 45 days of the original order date. Shipping fees not included. Store Credit Codes will expire after 2 years.
(Please note that returns will not be processed without proof of delivery. We recommend asking your mail carrier for a tracking number to keep on file until your return has been processed)
DEFECTIVE / MISSING / INCORRECTLY SHIPPED:
TrendyTees.com must be notified of defective items prior to the return of such items and within 12 days of the mail delivery date. Notifications must be in the form of email to identifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. You will be asked to provide a clear photo of the defect. All defective items must be unworn and unwashed. TrendyTees.com does not provide warranties on products unless a warranty is extended to TrendyTees.com by the products individual brand. Any defective, worn, or used items received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed. No exceptions will be made.
For incorrectly shipped items, please email identifying the incorrectly shipped item and the item you did not receive.
2019 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Begins November 17th, 2018. Customers who order on or after November 18th will be able to return items up till January 15th for a refund (final sale are not returnable or exchangeable). All orders received after January 15th will be subjected to our regular deadlines below. No exceptions will be made on packages received by our staff after the 15th.
